A public e2e suite as verifiable proof of quality

The suite tests this very website in GitHub Actions — on every push and weekly against production: UI flows, API contracts, SEO infrastructure and accessibility, on desktop and mobile profiles.

My role

Requirements, test strategy and coverage are mine; the implementation is AI-assisted — verification, debugging and CI operation stay in my hands.

Key decisions

— Deterministic by construction: no LLM responses in assertions; API tests pin the contract, not volatile payloads.
— Page Object Model and fixtures keep the specs declarative and maintainable.
— Accessibility as a gate: serious axe violations fail the build.

What works technically

— 56 checks on Desktop Chrome and Pixel 7 (mobile)
— CI on every push plus a weekly run against production
— Traces and screenshots on failure as build artifacts

Next development step

The positioning contract against outdated content is now part of the suite. Next up: deeper deterministic workflow scenarios for the product demos.
